If your not from Jamaica we will apply the exchange for the day.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Its the responsibility of the customer to reserve the items as soon as possible, We advise at less two weeks prior to event.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Once a payment is made to reserve rental products for a specific date, its the responsibility customers have to understand that these items is off the market for potencial customers. That in itself is a lost to us if the customer should cancelled. So we have amended that policy where once a payment is made on a job if in any case the customer cancel the company is entitle to half of what is due on invoice
